Title: Digital Advertising Sales Manager


·         JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Digital Advertising Sales Manager will report to Sales Director in adSage US office at Bellevue, WA. He or she will work individually or within a team to engage US advertisers and advertising agencies to purchase adSage’s digital advertising services for China internet media, ie. Baidu, Qihoo 360, Sogou, MobiSage, etc. The services will cover SEM, SEO, Mobile Ads, Display Ads and Video Ads.

 

The key responsibilities include:

o    Acquire new clients and business partners by emails, phone calls, trade shows and face to face meetings

o    Maintain the customer satisfaction

o    Create sales proposal and make presentation to clients and partners

o    Build and maintain the long term partnership with US advertising agencies

o    Identify the new business opportunities and execute the pilot contracts for company

o    Teamwork with sales, marketing and agency service teams to achieve sales target for individual and team

o    Potentially lead a sales team to expend the business to new area

 

·         EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

o    Minimum two years of full time sales experience for online advertising products/services in US or Canada

o    Proven and consistent track record of executing against an aggressive growth strategy and delivering sales result in a reasonable period

o    Personal network of online advertising agencies and marketing managers in US or Canada

o    Deep knowledge of online advertising business, including SEM, SEO, Display Ads, Mobile Advertising and relevant technologies and major tools in the market

o    Strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) - understands cultural sensitivities and developing high quality relationships

o    Excellent teamwork and entrepreneurship capability to influence, develop, and empower clients and internal peers at varying levels to achieve business goals

o    Creative, responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and self-disciplined

o    Excellent networking and interpersonal skills

o    Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment

o    Native English speaker with permission to work at USA

o    Chinese speaking will be a huge advantage

o    China business experience is a plus

o    BA/BS degree, MBA a plus

 

·         Additional information

o    Working location is at Seattle, Washington State

o    Domestic travel is required (<10%)

o    Base salary plus sales commission

Title: Search Marketing Analyst Intern


adSage Corporation is looking for a motivated individual to join our adSage Service Division as Search Marketing Analyst Intern. In this entry level individual internship position, working in the dynamic interactive marketing industry, you will work closely with cross-discipline client account teams in meeting and exceeding client goals.

 

Specifically, the Search Marketing Analyst helps account managers manage all aspects of executing high profile and complex clients’ search media campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.  The emphasis for the Search Marketing Analyst is on the quickly learning and demonstrating mastery of basic search engine marketing tactics including the execution of keyword builds, bids and bid optimization strategies, implementation of new tactics, and related activities with the objective of meeting client performance goals and budget targets.  The focus is exclusively on paid search and related PPC campaigns.

Search Marketing Analyst’s ability to deliver outstanding performance demands detail oriented strategic thinkers with a curiosity to find the "why" behind the data and a drive to be impactful.

 

·         RESPONSIBILITIES:

o    Learn and develop mastery of all elements of paid media campaign management, including the tactics of search engine marketing and the tools used to implement them.

o    Research clients’ websites – understand online goals and objectives. Develop keywords and phrases relevant to business model.

o    Develop keyword advertising copy / messaging adhering to the search engine specifications and guidelines and meeting clients’ objectives on key performance indicators

o    Provide deep analysis of results and optimization ideas to the account managers

o    Assist in proofreading content and ensuring quality of message

o    Interact with clients as needed for approvals and / or revisions

o    Assist in generating weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for all clients, including ability to recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies

o    Marketing materials translation between English and Chinese

 

·         REQUIREMENTS:

o    Bachelor’s Degree in USA or Canada

o    Advertising agency experience a plus

o    Google AdWords and/or Baidu advertising experience

o    Know how to use Google Analytics

o    Strong Excel skills

o    Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines

o    Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

o    Detail-oriented and organized

o    Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, creativity and commitment

o    Permanent resident in US or US citizen is required
