The Digital Advertising Sales Manager will represent Baidu and other popular China internet platforms like Tencent and Qihoo 360 to engage advertisers and advertising agencies. The ideal candidate shall have a successful track record of sales. Performance-marketing agency experiences is a plus.


    • Minimum two years of full time sales experience for digital advertising services in U.S.
    • Proven and consistent track record of executing against an aggressive growth strategy and delivering sales revenue more than company expectations
    • Having professional networks with online advertising agencies and clients in US and Canada
    • Having knowledge of digital advertising business, including SEM, SEO, Display Ads and Mobile Ads
    • Excellent teamwork and entrepreneurship capability to influence, develop, and empower clients and internal peers at varying levels to achieve business goals
    • Creative, responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and self-disciplined
    • Bilingual Speaker of English and Mandarin
    • China related international business experience is a plus
    • Bachelors’ degree required; Masters’ degree on Marketing or Business Management preferred

Job Description:

    • Develop and manage sales pipeline to achieve sales targets across different platforms
    • Acquire new clients and business partners
    • Drive Company’s relationship with major adverting/media agency groups or direct clients
    • Create sales proposal and make presentation to clients and partners
    • Build and maintain the customer relationship with satisfaction
    • Teamwork with other sales, marketing and agency service teams to achieve business target for individual and team
    • It may requires domestic and international business travel
